General manager digital transformation and CDO of the year Karin Van Hoecke welcomed some 50 guests to the prestigious KBC building on Brussels’ Grand Place.
She gave an excellent and inspiring presentation on the future of mobile banking and all its applications. Artificial intelligence, Large Language Models and extensive personalisation will largely determine the coming years. KBC was recently honoured with the award for the worldwide best mobile banking app. Digital assistent Kate, an innovation leaded by Karin Van Hoecke was en is still the unique differentiator.
