Patrick Gillis returns to his roots and acquires West Flemish integrator Ccaps. Entrepreneurship is more in his blood than a job in a corporate environment.
Ccaps, headquartered in Roeselare, was founded 20 years ago by Kurt Gevaert and last year posted a turnover of over 5 million euros and a profit of almost 550K.
Patrick Gillis was the founder of Hexacom and Voxx which was sold to Limburg-based BKM. In 2019, BKM was in turn acquired by Orange after which Patrick Gillis became head of B2B product solutions, business development and solutions design there. So now he is once again taking charge of a lean and mean company.
