Geniki acquires Amon

SInt-Martens-Latem-based Geniki Group has acquired IT recruitment specialist Amon and strengthens its Talent division. Geniki itself specialises in custom software, ERP, digital security and support. It has 250 employees and told Data News that it is counting on some 30 million euros in turnover this year. Amon is based in Ghent and has about 20 employees. These will also continue to work under Geniki. ‘The acquisition of Amon is a strategic milestone for us. Together we are able to support companies and relieve them of all their worries – from strategy to implementation’, says Wim Kretzers, CEO Geniki .
