Sebastien Scarmure is leaving Walloon integrator NRB to become Group Chief Information Officer at energy network operator Elia. Prior to this, he spent five years as CIO at Bpost, where he led the digital transformation until 2024.
Before that, he worked for Proximus for five years as Head of Digital Transformation and for three years at Brussels Airlines as Vice President of E-commerce, Digital Data and IT.
