Marc Van den Bossche, who was Deputy Senior General Manager of Paradigm until just a year ago, has been recruited by de Onafhankelijke Ziekenfondsen/Mutualités Libres as Head of Platform Enabling Systems.
He started his career at KBC Bank in various functions and domaines before joining the Brussels capital region in 2016, where he is well known as the creator and builder of the Brussels Capital Region Crisis & Communication Centre. He was Deputy Senior General manager of Paradigm, the Brussels Régional IT company from 2020 until 2025. As IT director, he joins the team of Joost Pinnoy, recently appointed as CIO at MLOZ.
