Isabelle Roucou, Director-General at SPW Digital, has joined the jury panel for the Chief Digital Officer of the Year Awards. She has an exceptionally distinguished career in the IT and digital sector.
Since mid-2025, Isabelle Roucou has been working as Transition Manager and Director-General at SPW Digital. This is the digital arm of the Walloon public service, Service public de Wallonie (SPW).
She graduated as an engineer from the Faculté Polytechique in Mons and went on to complete a Master’s in Industrial Management at KULeuven and an Executive Master of Management at the Solvay School of Economics and Management.
Isabelle Roucou worked for a considerable time at Euroclear, Belgacom Mobile (now Proximus), ING and Voo. At Paradigm, which provides IT services to the Brussels Region, she was Director of Operations and CIO.
