Belgian transformation consultancy INNOCOM has announced a new ownership structure that sees CEO Jurgen Van de Sompel and members of the management team become shareholders alongside Belgian consulting group Craftzing.
The move follows the decision of founder Johan Cattersel to transfer his shareholding as part of a long-term succession plan, while ensuring continuity for customers, employees and partners.
“INNOCOM remains INNOCOM,” says Van den Sompel. “Our people, culture, expertise and independence remain unchanged. What this new structure brings is additional strength and new opportunities to support our customers in the years ahead.”
The partnership comes as Craftzing continues its rapid expansion in the Belgian consulting market. Together with the acquisition of innovation studio Made, the deal increases the group’s scale to around 300 professionals.
For Craftzing, the alliance adds INNOCOM’s expertise in strategic transformation and enterprise architecture, while INNOCOM gains access to a broader ecosystem focused on innovation, customer experience and business transformation.
The transaction reflects a broader trend in the Belgian consulting and digital transformation market, where local players are joining forces to build scale and strengthen their capabilities in response to growing demand for AI, transformation and organizational change.
Importantly, INNOCOM will continue to operate under its own brand, preserving the entrepreneurial culture and specialist expertise that have made it a respected name in Belgium’s transformation landscape.
