Civios, the new platform providing digital support to local authorities in Flanders, has appointed Anouk De Vleeschhauwer as Chief Operating Officer. She was previously a Strategy and Innovation Consultant at Tomorrowlab.
Anouk De Vleeschhauwer was also recently Head of Strategy & Planning at The Bicester Collection, a global network of luxury outlet retail parks, of which Maasmechelen Village in Belgium is the best known.
Civios is a collaboration between the Flemish ICT organisation V-ICT-OR, founded by Eddy Van der Stock, and the CEVI group, part of Keyes (formerly NRB), led by CEO Christoph Verheecke. Civios is set to compete with Cipal-Schaubroeck, which was sold last year to the Canadian company Constellation Software.
The acting CEO and chairman of Civios is Bruno Segers.
