Laurence Mathieu, CEO of the Walloon IT integrator NRB, has been named Leading ICT Lady of the Year at the 18th edition of She Goes ICT, an event organized by Trends Datanews.
Laurence Mathieu is one of the few female top executives at the helm of a leading Belgian ICT company. After a 30-year career at Hewlett Packard and Inetum-Realdolmen, she has been leading NRB since early 2024.
Tessa Ick, Data Scientist at Cegeka, was named Rising Tech Star of the Year 2026. In the Inclusive Tech Champion of the Year category, the award went to Ibtissam Derfoufi, deputy head of the IT department at the non-profit organization Interface3. The very first award for Female (Co)founder of the Year went to Sara Mathijs, co-founder and CEO of UPEO.
