Patricia Bijnens has been recruited by energy supplier Luminus as director of customer experience & care. She held a similar position at SAP.
Patricia Bijnens brings a wealth of experience to the table. She was project manager at Siemens IT Solutions and Services. After seven years, she moved to the Acerta service group, where she progressed to Market & Customer Intelligence Manager. At the end of 2015, she joined SAS, but two years later she moved to Salesforce as Regional Sales Manager. She has been with SAP since the summer of 2023.
