Patrick Putman has been appointed Chief Information Officer at Tractebel. His main remit is primarily to modernise and further integrate the various subsidiaries in the different countries where Tractebel operates, and to prepare them for the future – naturally with a significant focus on artificial intelligence.
The international engineering and consultancy firm Tractebel is part of the Engie Group and has its head office in Brussels. It specialises in nuclear energy, offshore wind farms, hydropower and solar energy, infrastructure and data centres.
Patrick Putman has a wealth of experience. He worked for a considerable time at Proximus and Bpost and was CIO at Isabel, DP World and Manuchar.
In 2025, he was nominated for Chief Digital Officer of the Year.
